Terms of Service

Sennsual is an adult entertainment platform offering AI-powered virtual companionship experiences. By accessing our service, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. Sennsual provides interactive conversations, media generation, and personalized experiences with AI characters.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access Sennsual. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have provided accurate birth date information. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to belong to a minor, and to report such access to appropriate authorities.

Access is prohibited in jurisdictions where adult entertainment content is restricted. You are solely responsible for complying with local laws.

You agree not to:

The following content is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Content involving minors or age-play scenarios (infantilism, age regression)
• Incest or sexual content involving family members
• Non-consensual or abusive scenarios
• Bestiality or zoophilia
• Water sports, scat, or bodily waste in sexual context
• Extreme violence, gore, snuff, necrophilia, or mutilation
• Human trafficking or sexual slavery
• Solicitation of real-world payment information or financial fraud

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the AI models or underlying systems
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to third parties
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Use AI characters as a substitute for professional mental health care, crisis counseling, or therapy
• Encourage or solicit the AI to provide medical, psychological, or self-harm-related guidance

Subscription fees are billed monthly and automatically renewed unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Subscription prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. Sennsual reserves the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.

Credits are a virtual currency used to access premium features including AI-generated images and videos. Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the platform. Credits included in your subscription do not roll over to the following month. Purchased (top-up) credits do not expire.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on subscription refunds and credit purchases. In summary: subscription fees may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase; token credits are non-refundable.

All content on Sennsual — including AI character designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Sennsual or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

AI-generated content created through your interactions is licensed to you for personal use. Sennsual retains the right to use anonymized interaction data to improve the service.

AI characters on Sennsual are not equipped to handle crisis situations. Do not rely on AI characters for support during a mental health emergency. If you are in distress, please contact one of the resources listed above or your local emergency services.

We encourage healthy and balanced use of our service. Extended or excessive engagement with AI characters can lead to unhealthy emotional attachment. We recommend:

• Taking regular breaks from the platform
• Maintaining real-world social connections
• Being mindful of the distinction between AI interaction and human relationships
• Seeking professional support if you find yourself relying on AI interactions for emotional needs

By using Sennsual, you assume the risk of any emotional or psychological effects arising from your interactions with AI characters. You expressly waive any claims against Sennsual, its officers, employees, or affiliates for emotional distress, psychological harm, addiction, social isolation, or any other adverse effect related to your use of the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Sennsual does not guarantee uninterrupted service, and may perform maintenance at any time. AI characters are fictional and any resemblance to real persons is unintentional.

Without limiting the foregoing, Sennsual makes no warranties regarding the emotional, psychological, or therapeutic suitability of AI interactions. The service is provided solely for entertainment purposes.

Sennsual reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. We will provide a pro-rated refund of unused subscription days if termination is due to service discontinuation on our part.

You may permanently delete your account at any time from Settings > Privacy & Data. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Upon deletion:

• All personal data, conversations, memories, and progress are permanently erased
• Transaction records are anonymized (no longer linked to your identity) and retained for 7 years as required by fiscal law
• Your authentication credentials are removed from our systems
• Any active subscription is immediately cancelled with no further charges

This process fulfills your right to erasure under GDPR Art. 17.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sennsual, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Emotional distress, psychological harm, or mental health impacts arising from interactions with AI characters
• Emotional dependency, attachment, or parasocial bonds formed with AI characters
• Decisions made based on AI-generated content, including but not limited to personal, financial, or health-related decisions
• Loss of data, interruption of service, or any other damages arising from your use of the service

In no event shall Sennsual's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against Sennsual.
